How we started

A small table became a growing group.

The story began in daily life: Bella, Caren, and Deddy often gathered around Bella's homemade bakes and Deddy's coffee. A simple moment of warmth became a desire to share the same feeling with more people.

From The Deli Studio to The Deli Bakes
The journey started with Bella's custom cake studio at home, then grew into The Deli Bakes in Eyckman in 2022.
From a small kitchen to a growing group
The growth of The Deli Bakes became the beginning of The Deli Group: a home for brands built by Bella, Caren, and Deddy.

The Deli Bakes Warm, comforting, heartfelt. A dessert cafe with homemade desserts, food, beverages, and a homey atmosphere.
The Deli Roastery Dedicated, precise, authentic. Our internal roastery maintains coffee quality, consistency, menu creation, and barista learning.
The Square Room Bold, playful, curious. An urban bakery and cafe exploring sourdough sandwiches, square donuts, coffee, and premium fast-casual ideas.
The Butter House Elevation, crafted, inspiring. An artisan viennoiserie bakehouse focused on premium butter, craftsmanship, and thoughtful process.
